SignStream Error Code: 10014

Description

The full name is the version of the participant name that is not displayed. (Only the participant label is displayed in the database view, e.g.).

Solution

Open the Macro Unit window, and locate any participants with no full name. Attempt to edit the participant and provide a full name.
