Description

The given gloss is locked, and thus both hands should have the same start and end time. They currently do not.

Solution

From the utterance view, locate the given gloss, and right-click or Control-click on the gloss to see the settings. Attempt to unlock the Left-Right Hand Alignments. If they are intended to be locked, then lock them to get the times in sync.
