SignStream Error Code: 1000

Description

Two or more participants were detected in the collection file with the same identifier. This means SignStream is unable to distinguish between them and all but one should be removed.

Solution

Open the Macro Unit window - and locate any existing duplicate participants. Attempt to delete one of the duplicates.
