Description

The given entity has the associated entity in either 'hand' field wihout a text - i.e. the text value which hovers above the horizontal hand entity line.

Solution

From the utterance view - locate the given entity. The associated hand on the entity was saved without a text value - so attempt to edit the entity itself and provide a value.
